We live in a time where many people know about therapists, consultants, personal trainers, and sports coaches. A life coach combines the best parts of these professions and adds the compassion that you get from a good friend or family member.
An effective coach is someone who is an expert at helping their clients create a positive change in their lives by focusing on the individual’s strength and then helping them achieve what they want in their life. In order to make the shift and change the habit, the coach creates a space that is supportive, caring, and inspiring.
For some clients, the positive change they most want may be focused on personal goals such as relationships, time management, work-life balance, stress reduction, simplification, health, etc., but other clients may be more interested in professional goals such as leadership, getting a promotion, starting a business, etc.
Coaching is useful for anyone going through a change in their life. You don’t have to be “broken” to benefit from talking with a life coach. My specialty is working with those who are in transition and my style of coaching is Integral Coaching. At the core, Integral Coaching is transformative. The whole person is addressed, not just one part of their being. It refers to a way of coaching that is whole, complete, and integrated. For example, to address a topic related to work, other aspects of the person’s life must be explored. Through the wide lens of the Integral Coach, the client will begin to observe the truth from every angle, and always be guided in a loving and compassionate way.
As your coach, I will work at building your ability to move in new directions, while loosening the grip of old patterns and habits. As a skilled listener, I will empower you to tap into and act upon innate sources of intelligence, creativity, and strength. My role is to support you in the process of discovering and cultivating the skills and resources that you already possess.
I am very passionate about my work. Utilizing my skills in Mindfulness, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Enneagram, Reiki and a variety of other Eastern and Western modalities, I help my clients more easily make transitions in their life. When there is a feeling of being lost, not knowing who you have become, feeling your life is in a rut, feeling lonely, or just wanting to live passionately, you may need some help. As a Coach, I can work with you to help unveil meaning in your life.
COMPLIMENTARY 20 Minutes MEETING
In this meeting, we’ll get to know each other, discuss how coaching works and determine if we are the right fit for each other in this transformative journey.
TO BEGIN COACHING
- In the first session, I will gather information about what you are seeking to change and how you see the world. Together we will narrow the coaching topic.
- In the second session, I will propose a coaching program that will consist of exercises and practices. This is a collaborative process, which has its structure and yet evolves as you do. We will decide the duration of your coaching program.
- Our coaching session is one-hour and is done in-person, by phone, or Skype.
- Between sessions you will be engaged in practices and observations that are specifically designed for you. We will work together and I will support you in this process.
Below is a quote that inspires me and reflects who I am. I look forward to working with you.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. - Marianne Williamson
